Carmen was amazing I love my hair!! She was very attentive to my length and communicated a lot to make sure I got what I wanted. Loved the results I highly recommend her!

The most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was visiting from NY with my family for a wedding and my sister, sister in law and I made an appointment for a wash and dry and we were told they were ready for us. When we arrived we were greeted by Carmen who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Did not know how to blow dry my hair. When she tried to pass me on to her coworker (Rodolfo?) who with an attitude and very unprofessional behavior stated that he couldn’t take care of us because he had his own clients and that he was not going to get into Carmen’s drama. We pleaded with him and told him we had a wedding to get to. Instead of being sympathetic to our needs he raised the volume of the music to not engage us. So at the end of the day, my sister had to take matters into her own hands and take the tools and finish my hair which was already wet and frizzy. What an awful experience. I would NEVER go back to that place and will never recommend this place to any one at all.

Loved the atmosphere and ended up loving the haircut I got!! Very friendly staff as well!
