I really do not recommend this store to black women. My girlfriend walked in and from the jump they treated her like a problem instead of a customer. Faces made at her, rushing to take her bag away (she had literally just bought something from the store next door), and then she was followed into another section of the store. Just so excessive for a store that looks like it clearly needs the business. She felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave. It honestly seems like they’ve perfected the art of being rude and losing customers. If their goal was to embarrass and push people away, congrats—they nailed it. Or if this is on management and how they train their employees, then you’re just as wrong for not having your own voice and being a decent human being. It’s 2025, racism especially against OTHER people of color is weirdo behavior.

I went here to buy hair extensions. I asked for assistance since they are behind the counter and the employee who assisted me informed me that I would need 22 inches due to my hair being pretty long already. After selecting a few and matching my hair color, she handed me some that matches my hair color and I went to purchase them. When I got home, I began styling them and that’s when I realized that she gave me the wrong length! I returned in the morning to exchange them, but they refused stating that because I opened the package they could not do any returns or exchanges, even though it was their employee who handed me the wrong length. They rudely made it seem like it was my fault for not checking the length on the package even though I wasn’t able to grab them myself as they were behind the counter and their employee gave me the wrong length! So I paid $146 for hair extensions that are the same length as my natural hair! If you shop here make sure you double check what you’re buying since they are too incompetent to do so themselves and won’t give refunds even when it’s their mistake.
