Brazilian Wax by Andreia

I came in for a Brazilian wax around 5 PM on November 17, 2025. The building was clean, I was greeted right away, and the acting manager took me back for my service. She gave me a moment to get settled before starting, which I appreciated. The wax itself felt a bit rough, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was on the phone with a friend to distract myself, and I began to notice she kept going over the same areas repeatedly, almost as if the wax wasn’t grabbing the hair. When she finished, she let me check the results—and that’s when I noticed that about 75% of the hair was still there, just broken off the way it looks when you shave. I tried to discuss it with her, and she attempted to go over the area again, but the wax still wasn’t picking anything up. I was disappointed and asked for a reasonable solution, especially since I now have to wait for the hair to grow back to at least 1/2 inch before anyone can fix it. She told me she couldn’t offer a discount and that I was still responsible for the full balance. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me she was the manager and that the head manager wouldn’t return until Wednesday. When I asked for their contact information, she refused. After pushing the issue and explaining my concerns, I was eventually offered a free service. Overall, the service was poorly done, and as a loyal customer for years, I’m extremely disappointed. My wax feels prickly—like porcupine quills—and that’s absolutely not the result I expect from this place. So disappointed.

First visit today! I’ve had bad experiences at other establishments, so I have been waxing myself for the past 4-5 years. I’m pregnant now and unable to reach places myself, so I made my first appointment here. Breanna is amazing! She made me feel comfortable. She is extremely professional. I will be requesting her moving forward. Thank you!

Ok so I always come here & I never really have an issue. My only problem is the revolving door of employees. You get comfortable with someone & they’re gone. The even bigger issue that comes with that is they keep these poplar girls name on the list like they still work there & when you show up they say “omg she’s not here anymore but we have someone else” That’s SHADY!!!! My wax technician had been gone a month & they still had a full schedule open with her name & picture. Yall have to stop that!
