Kristen made me feel comfortable and she did an excellent job. Her professionalism was outstanding. Samantha completed 4 services for me: Brows, neck, ears and nose. She did an amazing job. Love going to Charity! She does amazing work and is quick about it! I docked a star because the front desk is too pushy about the wax passes. I go there every month like clockwork—I know y’all have passes. As soon as I say “no thank you” or “it’s not in the budget”, that should be the end of the conversation. They keep talking about it like I don’t have places to be! It’s so annoying.
