1000/10!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! This is the best waxer spa I've been too. Jay2Jah has everything you need to take your self care to the next level. I feel like I'm surrounded by "professional family" if that makes sense. I was looking for a black owned wax specialist that was separate from European Wax because of bad experiences and I found them. Everyone is very welcoming evety visit. Their suite is beautifully decorated and as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with fabulousness. I've been getting my chin/neck waxed half my life and this has been the best experience hands down. My first Brazilian was quite eventful but Jamie did everything to take my mind off the pain and got me all the way together. They serve light complimentary drinks and that helped calm me and prepared me for the wax. The vibes are vibing everytime. I'm a forever VIP customer!!! Can't wait to try more of the services they offer like the facials, henna and makeup

had such a wonderful experience getting sugar waxing services from Julie, the owner. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon space itself is so inviting, clean, and calming—it truly sets the tone for a great experience. I was especially thankful that she was able to take me in today, as my regular esthetician was already booked. Everything from start to finish was smooth, professional, and relaxing. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The spa was so refreshing and comfortable. I got a henna crown on the top of my head. Beautiful freehand piece. I will be returning biweekly. Annie and the other’s were so professional. I strongly suggest.
