Charlene is very sweet but I can not lie about the results of my service. I paid for a 4 session bleaching package and while the first session went great and provided some subtle results I never seen much progress after that. As a matter fact my inner thigh area actually got darker after the treatments. I’m not sure how that’s possible as this was supposed to lighten my intimate area, but I am super disappointed in my results. Now I have to find a clinic that can reverse what she did, I won’t ever trust this clinic to service me again.

Worst experience ever!! Drove there only to be lied to and turned away ! Wasted my time,$,and patience going there! If they didn’t want to give me the service I paid for they should of told me instead of making me wait over an hour and then another hour on the table with a student who didn’t speak any English,and didn’t know what the hell she was doing, so I couldn’t even communicate with her even with the Spanish I tried to speak! Then the owner came in a lied and said I had the service when the girl had only washed my face and put a led light on my face that didn’t work. The owner argued with me and or played dumb and said that was a hydrafacial! I’ve been getting facials for years so I know what a hydra facial or something remotely close to a facial is. While I was supposed to be relaxing with a broken led mask on my face there were hairblowers and all kinds of loud talking going on! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life! FYI To get there is a nightmare ! There is a bridge that doesn’t work right before this so called beauty spa that doesn’t go up and or down so it makes you super uptight if you were even to get the treatment you paid for! lol Save your sanity and go somewhere else I could go on but hopefully you get my point… SHADY!!!
