I discovered a nail shop online and took a chance, which turned out to be the best decision. Today's fill-in service with gel polish exceeded my expectations, thanks to Leandra's exceptional customer service. She was kind, meticulous, and took her time, resulting in a flawless nail shape, impeccable clean-up around the cuticles, and top-notch polish application.

On Saturday morning, November 29th, I visited the salon to inquire about a possible opening for a Russian manicure in the afternoon. I was pleased when a technician informed me that I could be accommodated at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when I returned for my scheduled appointment at 4:00 PM, the same technician asked me to "come back" in 45 minutes as they were running late. I returned promptly at 4:45 PM. The technician was still working with the previous client, so I quietly sat down to wait. By 5:00 PM, realizing the delay would make the completion of my manicure too late for my schedule, I politely inquired if it would be possible to reschedule the appointment for Monday. While I understand and accept that the salon is closed on Mondays, I must express my disappointment regarding the significant delay and the subsequent inability to be seen. As a third-time returning customer, I value reliability and proper scheduling. It is my firm belief that the appointment should not have been accepted in the first place if the salon was unable to confidently accommodate the 4:00 PM time slot. While I appreciate the attempt to fit me in, the significant delay caused an unnecessary second trip and a lengthy wait time. I regret that this experience was so poorly managed. I hope the salon will review its scheduling process to ensure that commitment to a specific time is honored or that clients are notified before their arrival if a delay is anticipated.

Leandra did an amazing job! I did my nails (both pedicure and manicure), lashes, brows (lamination and clean up) and she did a spectacular job. I’m super impressed and satisfied will be coming back!
