I had the most amazing experience here. They took me in as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me. I came here for a gel mani-pedi (Lilian is an absolute gem and was so meticulous and thorough) and ended staying for a hair treatment, cut and styling with Marta. She’s an expert in the field and it shows. I am so ecstatic that I decided to get my hair done with her too! I came out feeling like new and a new hairstyle recommended by her that I completely love, and she was so quick and efficient too! 10 out 10 for this salon and spa. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Miami!

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was unfortunately a very frustrating experience. I came in on December 10 for a Christmas themed nail set and paid around $200, including an additional charge for a polish that was recommended to me (the upcharge wasn’t explained beforehand). The nails looked great at first, but the issues started almost immediately. My thumb nail smudged and began peeling because it wasn’t properly dried, so I returned the next day. Shortly after, my pinky nail broke, I returned the next day and that same day that same nail broke again. Followed by my thumb again and middle finger. I was told I would receive a refill or new set, but the nails were simply patched instead, and no refund or proper resolution was offered . Three days later , both my middle finger nails have come off. Bringing the total to 7 broken nails in under 11 days. Not to mention my nails on both hands were different . Some way bigger than others . Each time I came in for repairs, my nail technician was rushed by the front desk due to back-to-back bookings, which made the experience uncomfortable and likely affected the quality of the work. The front desk staff also seemed annoyed that I kept returning, despite the repeated issues , I received no apology. Given this experience I don’t feel comfortable returning and my Christmas nails did not make it to Christmas

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was very disappointing considering the price and what the salon's own ads show. Sent my girlfriend for a full set of hard gel nails with chrome and a cross design on each ring finger for $180. If the quality of the work matched the price, it would have been perfectly fair. She showed the technician the exact picture from the salon's website that they use to promote and show off their work. Sadly, the end result was not even close to that standard. The shape, symmetry, and overall quality were bad. The cross design, in particular, looked rushed and sloppy, and it didn't look anything like the picture it was based on. The chrome finish wasn't even, and the whole set looked cheap compared to what was promised. To be fair, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I know that it was the holiday season, so there were probably more bookings than usual. But being busy doesn't mean you can do work that is much worse than what the salon says it does. If a design can't be done properly, that should be made clear from the start. There was a huge difference between the reference photo and the final result. It was not just a small stylistic change or a small change. This result was not acceptable for a salon that advertised high-end nail art at high prices. I hope the management listens to what people say and makes quality control better, especially when clients ask for designs that the salon says it specializes in.
