Always an amazing experience at this location I have been going since I was 19 years old. I am now 33. I have known the staff ever since and they are the absolute best. In my experience, it has always been very clean. I typically get waxed by Marcela and Lorena who always do a great job! And their manager, Stacey is always so helpful with Booking my appointments and making sure I stay on top of my membership visits. 100% recommend this place!

With a very professional and welcoming staff, this was a great find. Conveniently located across from Starbucks. Stacy the manager went above and beyond to inform me of the process and assisted me with the planing of the rest of my day while visiting the area. Stephanie the specialist made me feel very comfortable and it was a master in her field. Her skills were only outshined by her personality. I can confidently recommend this place and its staff as a great experience. It will surpass your expectations.

I usually get my wax done in Atlanta. But I was in Miami for the week and needed something quickly. This place was fantastic. Carla was my waxer and she did a phenomenal job. There's no way to avoid pain when it comes to waxing, but she definitely worked quickly and efficiently to minimize the stress. Stacy is the front desk manager and she is also very accommodating, very patient, and really does a great job providing offers and promotions when needed. I will definitely come back here if I ever have to get wax in Miami again. What I love the most about the wax service in particular, is that they clean you up with aloe vera gel, they even offer an ice pack, and lotion after it's all done. Haven't had that experience in Atlanta ever!.
