I have exclusively gone to Jade for several years, and I couldn't be happier! In addition to giving me AMAZING facials, other skin treatments, waxing, lash lifts & tints, she's an incredible artist. She effortlessly sketches my ideas so quickly and is phenomenal at tattooing! It's so quick and painless, and I love talking with her. She is so talented in so many ways and makes me feel so comfortable. I already have more appointments scheduled with her! ❤️

Jade is amazing! Her suite at Cream City Beauty is super cute and welcoming such a cozy and relaxing vibe. She did an awesome job on my eyebrow wax. The whole appointment was quick and efficient I was in and out in about 5 to 10 minutes, which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. I’m not sure what type of wax she uses, but whatever it is, it’s magic! I usually leave waxing appointments with a lot of redness and sensitivity, but with Jade, I had none of that. My skin felt totally fine and my brows looked great. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality service and a chill experience!

Jade is the best! She's a chill, down-to-earth lady that makes the terror of getting your hair ripped out actually enjoyable. Her conversation and adorable shop keep you distracted while she works quickly and compassionately, giving you a stellar waxing while you catch up like friends. I don't know why anyone would go to anyone else! I currently live in Chicago and travel to Milwaukee just to see Jade. Previously, I used to schedule appointments with her while living between NYC and the Midwest, choosing her over other high-end waxing studios in those major cities. Trust me: Jade is worth it.
