I had a positive experience with the staff on a personal level — the electrologist is very kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable during appointments. Unfortunately, despite going consistently every 4 weeks for over 6 months, I did not see any results. The area I treated is small, but all the hairs kept returning within 1–2 weeks after each session. Because of the lack of progress, I decided to try a different salon (in Chicago), and I’ve already seen noticeably better results , only after one session - just few hairs returned. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism here, but based on my experience, the treatment itself was not effective for me.

Liz is always amazing! Time after time, she’s made me feel comfortable and as a plus-sized girlie - that’s an important part of a quality provider!! Liz has a great sense of humor and is always friendly. Love her! 🩷

Awsome place. High quality equipment and great friendly people. My electrolysis has been permanent, and only go now when hormones erupt new growth. Knowledgeable beyond expectations.
