Lisa Marie is incredible! I’ve had my naturally dark hair highlighted or done balayage for many years now all over the US including in Seattle, LA, and Baltimore. Her attention to detail, focus, and commitment to providing a good end result is truly unparalleled. I had a bad experience at another salon that left me with thick, blotchy, and unblended highlights that I was forced to put a temporary brown tint over in order to hide because it looked borderline unprofessional. Lisa Marie reached out to me in advance of the appointment and we went through what had been done and what my goals were. I had started to hate my hair and was avoiding looking at it and tried to keep my expectations about what she could achieve in a single appointment low. She exceeded all of them! I drove from several hours away to come see her and will continue to do so in the future. Her pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of artistry and skill. She’s also just fun to hang out with when you’re stuck in a chair for 4-5 hours. I hope she stays in the area for a long time, because I’m not sure I could trust anyone else at this point!

I very much enjoyed my deep tissue massage and foot/face masks last week. I was serviced by Nikki and she did a phenomenal job! She was inviting, kind, and sweet while maintaining a professional attitude. The facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Checking in with no front desk person was slightly confusing, especially since you can't see the sitting/waiting area without having to turn a corner. Definitely recommend to give them a try!

This was my first experience with Arch in North Loop and I will definitely be back. Clara is an absolute gem! I am always so happy with how my blonde turns out & she gives the BEST blowouts. This location feels incredibly chic.
