Lulu is the best specialist, so friendly, professional and talented. I don't even feel like I'm getting waxed and it's fast and easy. I don't want to get waxed by anyone but her. This location also has friendly and knowledgeable front desk employees. I find it's a great value with the level of customer service and services offered.

Laura is THE BEST!! I can't recommend her enough, especially if you're someone who's had a bad waxing experience in the past. I saw her yesterday and will exclusively book her moving forward! Laura was so easy to talk to, and clearly loves her job and her clients! She's super kind, bubbly, and encouraging - GREAT at distracting you from that immediate sting after a tough strip. 10/10 - thanks Laura!!

From walking through the door and checking in, I always feel so welcomed by the front desk employees! Haidi was my Wax Specialist and it’s nerve-wracking being a male client walking into a waxing place! The warm-atmosphere changed all the anxiety I was having and I felt so relieved. Being that my regular wax specialist no longer works here, she suggested that I come to Haidi for my brows and nose. Haidi was very friendly and informative walking me through what she’s about to do next and if there anything else she can fix to make it better for me. Can’t wait to return for my next waxing appointment and see Haidi again!
