I started going to Riverstone a little under a year or so ago after moving to South Minneapolis, and have never had a bad experience! I make a point of seeing Ron every time. He does an excellent job with my curly hair! I appreciate the after care tips for my hair too

THE. WORST. HAIRCUT. OF MY LIFE. If you have curly hair RUN!!! My formerly thick curls are completely SHREDDED. I asked for the sides of my hair to not be touched aside from the lightest of trim. What remains of my thick curl's length is literally 11 strands. The rest of it was hacked off TWO INCHES up. I asked that the back be a bit shorter than the sides. The center back is, however, at the back sides the hair is about 3/4 of an inch longer. Part way through the cut, when I saw what my sides were looking like, I touched my hair and said, "I am concerned about how you are cutting the sides." At this the stylist snapped at me and said, "If you keep touching your hair I won't get this done in time!." Stunned, I replied, "That is the first time I touched my hair." I wish I would have walked out then. Having a half cut hack job would be better than having to walk around with this disaster. The icing on the cake? In addition to the price of the cut, I was assessed a FIVE DOLLAR LOCAL BUSINESS FEE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Note, this is in ADDITION to the 3% they charge for anyone paying with a credit card
