Spoke with Sierra this morning, who was extremely rude when I wanted to cancel my membership since my waxer decided not to come to work today. Yet they require us a 24 hour notice for any modifications. Oh, and she lied to me saying I need to come into the store to cancel. What a joke. Do better.
