Kianna did an incredible job on my brows. My eyebrows haven’t looked this good in a long time! I highly recommend her services at the White Bridge Road European Wax Center! Ask for Kianna if you want to have some good brows!!!!

Karen did wonderful job! Perfect blend of professionalism and gentleness. I did eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint, and added chin and upper lip wax bc she was so gentle. The eyebrow tint was done well, not to heavy so I didn’t look like a clown. I highly recommend the Karen at Lions Head in Belle Meade (Nashville TN)… just go earlier to find parking on a weekend bc of some current construction.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional and very rude. I called to make an appointment and stated that I missed my appointment, and didn't receive a text message reminder. The receptionist proceeds to argue with me that they did send a message and they will show me when I come in to prove that I'm wrong. She proceeds to hang up on me after I state that I'm just trying to schedule an appointment. I called right back and the manager, Stephanie, answers the phone. Proceeds to argue with me that the receptionist did not hang up on me, and she was standing beside her, and the phone accidentally disconnected. Stephanie allowed this whole situation to go on and stated that they were not being unprofessional. I was just trying to reschedule an appointment, but was met with nothing but hostility and continuously talked over by both the manager and the receptionist. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I definitely will not be returning!
