Unfortunately, I made the mistake of using the Kristen Ess Chocolate Cosmo hair gloss at home and it turned my hair red and splotchy. I called Oxana Salon in a panic on my first weekend in town (October 2025) and asked if anyone could squeeze me in before my first day at my new job. Carissa stepped in and immediately put me at ease. Over the last several months I’ve gone back to her multiple times, and she’s always been honest and realistic about the process while helping me work toward my goal of going blonde again. In March 2026 she did a massive color correction and absolutely nailed it. I LOVE my hair and feel so good about myself again. On top of that, she’s just wonderful to spend time with—witty, kind, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful I found her!

The last time I came to her, my color stayed perfect for an entire year. I didn’t even need toner or purple shampoo during that time, which is amazing.
