Bella Brazilian Wax - Harvey

I’m a long time customer of Bella Brazilian in Harvey. My person has always been Maria who is older, thorough and care for her customers . She’s now retired and January I tried Lisa. Lisa was very kind and sweet but I had so much hair from the front to the back when I got home. Today I tried Aaliyah….OMG… Aaliyah was in a rush. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes, so just imagine what I went through and how she was NOT thorough . First of all she burned me, then she was really rough and I had to tell her that the wax was hot and she’s rough. She appeared to not give a damn which definitely could’ve turn out bad. After I was done and I checked myself prior to leaving the room, I had wax and hair everywhere . I didn’t want her to touch me again so I didn’t tell her anything. I was really confused , she didn’t smile , she didn’t say anything, she wasn’t at all friendly she just started rushing through the process. I also really didn’t understand why she was rushing due to her taking me early and of course she finished extra early. I was furious when I left there. I had to inform the front desk receptionist about my last two visits.

I had an appointment with Lisa and when I got home a checked her work, I had hair everywhere. This was the worse Brazilian wax I have ever had. She took maybe about 15 minutes and was done. She was very nice but not very through
