I tried to book this appointment online and it forced me to create an account, Then it told me it cannot book online and to call. So I called three different times I ask the employee where you were located and I was told veterans and david drive, Three times I was told veterans and david drive! No one would give me a street address! They kept telling me it's on the website. Well, i'm driving, I can't look at the website. So after driving to David and vets. And finding that this was not the correct location, I called nineteen times between12:45 and 1:00 PM! When I finally was able to get someone on the phone after non answered calls. And placed on hold and transfer to voicemail. She Ask me if I had a smartphone instead of a flip phone. So I could find their location with beyond major attitude! DON'T GO HERE!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location, which is frustrating because I’ve been coming here for years. I was running late for my appointment, so I called ahead to see if I could still be accommodated. The receptionist initially told me no. Shortly after, she mentioned 11:45 AM as an option, but I explained that time wouldn’t work for me either. Later, I received a text stating that my appointment had been rescheduled to 5:45 PM without my consent. Concerned about being charged a no-show fee, I went to the location at 11:10 AM to clarify the situation in person. When I asked about the 5:45 PM appointment, the receptionist told me it was only placed on the schedule to move another client up for an underarm wax. I reiterated that I just wanted to make sure I would not be charged a no-show fee, and she assured me I wouldn’t be. Since I was already there, I asked whether the 11:45 AM appointment was available. She told me no. I was confused because that time had been mentioned to me just minutes earlier. At that point, Brittany (Hair Removal Specialist) joined the conversation and stated—with noticeable attitude—that someone had called out sick and they had to rearrange appointments. The receptionist then said, “I never said 11:45 AM was available,” implying that I was mistaken. The issue isn’t just about the scheduling confusion—it’s about how it was handled. The communication was inconsistent, and the attitude from staff was unprofessional. As a long-time client, I expected clearer communication and better customer service. This location would greatly benefit from additional staff training in professionalism and client communication.

Every time I am in the salon I’m greeted by friendly faces. Evelyn is my savior, I love her! I can’t recommend her enough. She makes you feel beautiful & human. The entire experience is always pleasant with her.
