Worst they’ve ever been. 1st pic is how my brows usually look after a wax & tint vs what I received at this facility. Here’s a comparison of my left eyebrow which is clearly thinner than the right. Several people have pointed it out :( The tail & arch are gone! I didn’t ask for this. During the consultation she said she’d merely do clean up on the top, bottom, & middle; NOT take away my eyebrows. There was no discussion or agreement to this extent. This is beyond a “clean-up”. Photos don’t do this disappointment justice. Paid & tipped simply to show gratitude for their time. It couldn’t be fixed. Once the hair is gone, it’s gone. They need more practice or at least the person who did mine does to prevent similar issues for future clients. First time, last time. Never going back actually. Edit: Their team reached out to sincerely apologize. They offered a way to expedite the growth & try the service again, presumably getting the best results to satisfy me as a customer. I hadn’t stated previously that the customer service was top tier, everyone was truly hospitable. Unfortunately, it seemed like everyone was in a rush that day, possibly because of carnival time here in the city. Still, I greatly appreciated their hospitality & eagerness to make things right.

Megan is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with the results. The space was super clean and relaxing, and the whole experience was easy and almost painless. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely keep coming back
