I stopped by to make my appointment. A deposit was taken by credit card and I was set. Thursday 2/26@1200. He even wrote it down on my receipt so I wouldn’t forget. Well it’s Thursday, 1155 and I walk in the shop. He is busy with not one but two customers. He asked what I was doing there and insisted I was scheduled for Wednesday. I show him my receipt, along with his handwritten reminder on the back. Now his attitude changes! I was not wrong he was and instead of apologizing, he tells me “ so I screwed up and these are my steady clients” when I explained I had a meeting to go to he responded with “ can you change it” NO! I booked this 2 days ago and I didn’t screw up you did so I should be taken and the others pushed back when i am finished. . Well he refunded me $20 which is funny as the charge was $20,40. Funny thing afterwards, as I was at my hotel, the four seasons, I was telling my concierge and I was told they have gotten other negative feedback.
