I had to cancel a Brazilian wax 20 hours before my appointment because I got a yeast infection and they still charged me for half a service. I understand having a cancellation policy for the sake of respecting people's time, but there should always be exceptions. That is just standard business practice.

Services used: rapid spray tan; lash tinting, brow waxing and tinting (brows on fleek), keratin lash infusion with lift and tinting,, and dermaplaning with hydrasilk facial.... all highly recommended I started going to test out the rapid spray tan for a wedding I would be a bridesmaid in April. I have had two amazing ladies help me. I had Gray do a rapid tan and quickly wanted the brows on fleek for the shaping and tinting. And of course, I couldn't resist trying the keratin infusion and lift for lashes. Gray was excellent introducing me to these services. Since May, Celina has been my go to gal. Although I don't do the rapid spray tan much her color and contouring was very impressive. As I have gotten more into a routine of what I prefer, Celina had been answering all questions and excels at anticipating which I want to schedule and when. Professionally explaining every step of the way and still making time to check my comfort as well as chatting and visiting. Leah is a wonderful owner caring about each customers experience. Whether it is consulting with shape or tint coloring or just checking how you enjoyed the service, it is so great to have the whole business care. The whole studio is welcoming, clean, and takes great care to make me comfortable when receiving my services. During the ups and downs of covid I have witnessed at every stage their precautions and feel safe. I can't recommend them enough.
