Monique is kind, accommodating, and VERY knowledgeable! I made an appointment, mistakenly came in the day before, and she squeezed me in right there on the spot, 3 services in 10 minutes!!!! She may move fast but her professionalism and care is not compromised—she is gentle (this is the first place I ever got waxed), and if you struggle with ingrowns and other skin issues, she is truly a Skin Whisperer! Great place for people working Midtown to quickly get to, convenient new location. I
