Big shout out to Artanae for being the brow QUEEN. I don’t want to sound hyperbolic, but I’ve always struggled with getting my brow shape right with other waxers. Artanae was the first to actually give them the proper shape for my face, and I trust her to get them beautiful and right every time! (and I’ll travel past 3 other EWCs en route just to see her) Also, she’s just a lovely human! Great front desk staff too, good energy despite being a chain, and it’s nice to feel welcomed in beauty spaces like this. Appreciate you all and see you again soon!

The front desk seemed so welcoming, but the wax specialist I had was not. Whenever I've gotten waxed by other people, I felt safe and secure, which is what anyone should feel when getting a discomforting procedure done. But this one had an attitude. I just wanted it to be over and not just because of the physical discomfort.
