Getting waxed can be nerve-wracking, but she is so gentle, professional, and fast I was honestly shocked at how smooth and easy the whole appointment felt! She explains everything, checks in with you, and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. Her energy is warm, kind, and so reassuring. Not to mention… the results? FLAWLESS. I have never had a bad experience at European Wax Center, and I visit them all over the country. We flew in for my husband’s holiday party and I booked a quick underarm wax for the event. Samatha (Sami) was great! She was welcoming, experienced and had a great personality. My wax was quick and easy. Thank you EWC, for your consistency and professionalism. I will always return.

Samantha was absolutely amazing! I’ve been waxed a handful of times over the past couple years, and hands-down this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only was Samantha super knowledgeable, but also made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to! I fully recommend booking with Samantha specifically. She even gave me a couple of samples because she knew I was headed out that day on a vacation and would need something. 10/10 recommend!
