⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ami is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable from start to finish, and her attention to detail is unmatched. The space is always super clean, welcoming, and relaxing. She’s gentle, quick, and really knows what she’s doing — my wax always comes out perfect every time. I’ve been to other places before, but no one compares to Ami. Highly recommend her if you want a professional who genuinely cares about her clients!

From all the Uni K locations I have been to this is my favorite location! I have been a loyal Uni K customer for over 10 years, I love the wax and products. I visited the Uni K East Village studio recently and was treated with such kindness and professionalism. I was welcomed by the front desk with a warm smile and the front desk was very attentive. What made the experience truly beyond was my waxer Lovepreet. She was such a sweetheart, she was so gentle. This was the most painless wax ever throughout all my years waxing. She paid so much attention to details to make sure everything was to perfection and to my liking. I highly recommend this studio and will only he coming here from the future. Also now I see why they received this best hospitality award from the company! They have definitely earned this!
