Prativa is the best! Highly recommend her. My waxing experience with her was exceptional. She maintained a clean, organized workspace and used great technique, resulting in minimal discomfort and smooth results. She was also very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I’ll definitely book with her again.

Although I really like this studio and will continue to come back despite this review, I really didn’t like that I was put with another waxer last minute even though I had an appointment with a certain one. I brought this up to the front desk and she said that I picked “any waxer” when I made an appointment which isn’t true. My email clearly states that I had an appointment with Krishna. Before I could even pull up the email, the front desk girl was like oh I promise this other waxer is gentle etc. I am not understanding if Krishna wasn’t available or what happened but the fact that I was basically forced to be with another waxer is not ok to me. I was getting my arms and underarms waxed so I didn’t push any further about how my waxer was changed last minute but again not really happy about the change.
