After having a really bad waxing experience somewhere else recently, I decided to try Wax Lab NYC and I’m so glad I did. Rakai did my Brazilian wax and she was amazing. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and she was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was professional, kind, and clearly knew what she was doing. She completed my Brazilian in about 15 minutes and did a thorough job, which was such a relief after my last experience. The service felt efficient but never rushed, and she made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. I really appreciated how respectful and understanding she was. I’ll definitely be coming back to Rakai for my waxes from now on. Highly recommend!

Rakhi is a true professional. After trying THREE different waxers--all who either double dipped, didn't wear gloves, left a ton of hair behind, left wax on me, or made me break out after--I have finally found someone who doesn't do any of that and takes her time.
