Booking site is the positive. I love doing business with places I can make an appointment myself and add to my calendar. Negative is I booked an appointment and it was confirmed. I arrived and checked in approximately 30 minutes early. I followed the directions for checkin. I also called & texted. I even waited 30 mins beyond my appointment time. An hour of my Friday wasted. No acknowledgment, apologies or anything.

Emma is absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, the experience was 10/10. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her space is spotless and welcoming, which made a huge difference. I have very sensitive skin and was a little nervous to try sugaring, but it was perfect—so much gentler than anything I’ve tried before. My skin reacted beautifully, and the results were incredible. You can tell Emma truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly, highly recommend booking with her—you will not regret it!!
