Alena is the best!! She’s always super thorough and does a great job. On top of that, her friendliness and amazing personality makes any wax experience a comfortable one. Highly recommend!

I just want to say thank you to Alena. Not for waxing me but for telling me to NOT get waxed. See I’m about to go on vacation and thought I’d give waxing another try, since I broke out in small red bumps 15 years ago. She immediately called and explained what happened and how she has a regiment that I must follow and I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it all in time for my vacation. Instead of taking my money, she knew it’d be better to not wax me this close to my vacation and teach me the proper ways to do it. I really appreciate that and will be rescheduling in the future.

I've been coming here regularly for a while after leaving my previous studio. On my first visit, my initial impression was phenomenal! Every experience after that has been nothing short of the same. First, I'm large bodied, and I noticed right off the bat that their beds are rated for higher weights (where I used to go, they used flimsy massage tables). Right away, I felt accepted and comfortable. Alena never has a shortage of things to talk about. She remembers our conversations and consistently brings things up that we've talked about in the past. I'm consistently blown away by her and her services (laughing through most of our sessions). I'd also like to mention the front counter person. He's amazing! He always has a joke to tell and a smile on his face. Overall, I won't be going anywhere else unless this establishment shuts down. I feel welcome and comfortable here.
