Alice is a wonderful stylist. She is professional, personable and well trained. She took time to listen during our consultation and made suggestions matched to my wants. She gave me a relaxing shampoo and suggested products along the way that she liked personally. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut a blowout. I liked Alice’s personal hair style and vibe. I’m looking forward to booking with her again in the near future when I am back I town.

I was gifted a full spa day last year, which was just an amazing experience in itself. So, I already knew the ambience was on point at Urbane. This time, I booked Marilyn for a very reasonably priced 90 minutes massage. Marilyn has a beautiful soul and greeted me so kindly. Marilyn has a beautiful soul and greeted me so kindly. had a very disappointing experience as a new client. I was running nine minutes late due to traffic, but I called ahead to let them know I was on the road and on my way. I drove 40 minutes to get there, and when I arrived, I was told I would no longer be receiving service. I completely understand that time is valuable and policies matter. However, as a new client who communicated in advance and was only a few minutes late, I was surprised there wasn’t a little flexibility or understanding. I respect businesses that enforce policies, but customer experience and communication also matter. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel welcoming or accommodating.
