Legit place. I was honestly a little worried at first because so many places look great in photos but feel totally different in person. This one is the real deal. The space is aesthetic, clean, and exactly like the pictures — if not better. Super calming atmosphere, plus a nice bonus with great views. Kamil was very helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

The office itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always kind and professional. I especially liked one of the technicians who performed my sessions (I wish I remembered her name). That said, I’m very disappointed with my overall results. I paid for over 12 Brazilian laser hair removal sessions over the course of more than a year, wasting quite a bit of money. Unfortunately, my hair has now fully grown back. I went into this thinking I was an ideal candidate (very fair skin with dark hair), and after doing more research on my own, I expected to see significant long-term reduction by this point. I was told they start at a lower setting and gradually increase the power. I’m not sure if the settings were ever adjusted appropriately or if they were reset when I purchased additional packages, but the end result was minimal lasting improvement. I understand laser hair removal does not work the same for everyone, but given my profile and the number of sessions I completed, I expected better results. What was most discouraging was feeling encouraged to continue purchasing packages rather than having a deeper conversation about why I wasn’t seeing meaningful progress. After being a loyal client for over a year — and driving 1.5 hours each way for appointments — I had hoped for more transparency or some form of accommodation. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision and ask detailed questions about expected results and treatment settings before committing to large packages.

Amazing amazing amazing service! I purchased the 6 sessions of the large laser hair removal and it was enough to transfer my skin! I have PCOS so, chin hairs are not new to me. For my darker skinned ladies, it is safe to use as well! I do not regret my laser hair journey. I also attached some before and after pictures for reference!
