Best wax salon ever Jena is my go to. But everyone there is very friendly and welcoming they have many different services and a very clean store.

The moment that I set foot inside the store, I was immediately greeted with a very welcoming and accepting smile from the front desk employee. I’m so sorry, I forgot the receptionist’s name! She was so sweet. She confirmed my appointment time and suggested I should grab coffee from that lovely set up. It was my first time EVER to try waxing. Marcela, you are so professional and so gentle that you made me forget the pain almost instantly. At the start of the session I was a bit shy and felt lost because it was my first time. Until Marcela walked in with her radiant positive energy and gave me clear instructions on what the service is and what she will be doing step by step which made me SO COMFORTABLE. I LOVED how Marcela was testing a tiny bit of wax on a small area asking me if the temperature of the wax is comfortable or not. This small act made me feel like I am in the hands of a professional who knows what she’s doing. Marcela, thank you for accepting me as your client and for making this a pain-free session with a positive experience. I truly wish you all the best!
