Jena was amazing! I went in for a Brazilian wax. It was so painless I will definitely be coming again. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable. Victor at the front desk was very helpful and reassured me I’d be happy with my new waxer since I originally had booked with someone else but wouldn’t have been able to get seen with that waxer because I arrived late. Very welcoming! Must book!

This is my second time getting my wax done here and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Both Technicians Paula and Jenna are great. First time was with Paula and she was so patient with me and she talked me through it. Jenna was very quick and proactive with making sure I didn’t have a hair left on my bikini area. If you’re in the Orlando area I highly recommend this place!!!

I did my services a few times with Paula. She is an angel! Her attention to detail is amazing and she makes the time so fast. I was a bit nervous at first and she made sure that I was comfortable. I love my experience with her EVERYTHING time, we leave laughing and I make sure to book with her always. She is a gem!!
