Sheynell was absolutely fabulous! She’s so personable and all smiles from the moment you walk in. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She was so attentive throughout the process by keeping conversation going to help distract me and even offering a squeeze ball. I really appreciate that she takes her time to remove every. single. hair!! Of course, waxing always stings a bit (it’s hair being pulled from the root) but this was less painful than at other chain waxing places. The sugar wax didn’t even burn or irritate my skin, I could barely feel it on me. She also answered all my questions about exfoliating and didn’t try to upsell me on any products. Instead, she gifted me exfoliating gloves and explained exactly how to use them. I was so impressed by her skill and care, I honestly felt like I’d known her for years. Already booked my next appointment in four weeks, can’t wait to see her again!!

Sheynell is one of the best sugar wafers I have ever been too! She is kind, patient, and so personable. I genuinely felt zero pain and it was a quick and thorough process. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who will take the time to make sure you are comfortable.

I also loved how she distracts you and let's you use these antimicrobial stress eggs which were an absolute game changer. She has definitely made a new regular customer!
