She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very skilled at what she does, which instantly put me at ease. Her customer service was exceptional—professional, warm, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. Sybille took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made what can be an uncomfortable service feel surprisingly comfortable and stress-free. This was truly a top-tier experience, and I will absolutely be booking with her again!

I've been seeking a place that specializes in waxing. I came across EWC on Google and decided to give them a try. For my first visit, I just did facial waxing to check them out (eyebrows and chin) and it was great. Jasmine did a great job with the waxing and my face feels great afterwards. Also, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Informative and super helpful! On top of that, since it was my first time, the eyebrow waxing was free! Thank you EWC. I will be back for all my future waxing needs. Happy New Year!
