I came here as a walk-in because I was in town for a wedding. I walked in around 4:30pm and was immediately able to get an appointment. I was seen and serviced by Hannah, who was simply sweet and incredibly professional. She was quick and I was done in under 15 minutes. I really appreciated that she applied vitamin E before and after the wax and she was careful to get every strand of hair between tweezers and the wax. Both Hannah and the team at the front desk were super sweet and professional, and I will definitely be back if I’m ever back in town. Also note, this place uses organic hard wax, which I’ve only been able to find at my home salon in New York City, Uni K wax. Also prices are very reasonable ($20 for an underarm wax plus a 20% tip). Great find!

They go above and beyond in making sure they provide high-quality customer service. In addition, they are extremely thorough. Not one stray hair gets left behind. :) I highly recommend U Bella!
