I was ready for a big change so they scheduled me for a cut, then color, then finalized cut. Rob cut and styled my hair. He is a junior stylist but did an incredible job. He started by dry cutting my curly hair to take off the length. He was kind and communicative plus we chatted the entire time. Then I went for my color. I think Devon was my colorist’s name. She was lovely and did an amazing job on the color. My goal was to get back to my natural color and she matched it perfectly. Rob finished the color with an incredible shampoo and conditioner then back to the styling chair to wrap up the cut and blow dry. Overall, I love my new look. The salon is beautiful and reasonably priced. Those who work there are all super nice, communicative, and really pay attention to what you want and need. I also love that they have a 2 week “grace period” where you can go back and get something fixed. Absolutely love this place and will be back!

I had a not great cut last week and left pretty sad. I truly never complain and really should have said something before I left, but I tend to keep quiet. After leaving, I got the usual message asking for feedback, and I was honest. After seeing my feedback, the manager called and offered an apology and a chance to come back for a revision. I was very impressed with their hospitality and attention to customer satisfaction in this matter. I went back today and the stylist/manager Jenni did an incredible job on the correction and was super professional and fun. Thank you all so much!!!

requested a dry cut with a slight trim and dusting. Unfortunately, the employee did not understand what a “dusting” meant and thought I was referring to my hair being “dusty.” She also advised that my hair would still need to be washed after the dry cut, which appeared to be an unnecessary add on that increased the cost. Since it was cold outside, leaving with wet hair was not an option, so I ended up paying for a blowout as well. On top of that, the pricing was ridiculous for the service provided. Overall, I felt my concerns were not listened to, and I would recommend going elsewhere where clients feel heard rather than upsold.
