Reviews
This is a mixed review based on my friends and mine experience here. First, the salon itself is very nice and clean. You get a complimentary “refresher” - hot or iced tea, hot chocolate, water before your service. Prices were reasonable. I got builder gel with Bo - and she did a great job with my nails. They look absolutely perfect. She did make some unkind comments about how my nails were done previously that rubbed me the wrong way, but the service itself was superb & worth 5/5 stars. My friend on the other hand got a regular gel manicure with cat eye. The technician doing her nails did not know how to do cat eye, and when another tech offered to switch, the manager said no because she was already assigned a pedicure. The place was not busy, and it ended up taking my friend the same amount of time as my builder gel mani, and her service was overall very poor. The polish was uneven and dented on some nails and the cat eye was done correctly only on 1 nail (by the other tech). You can see this in the photos. I urged my friend to go back and get her nails corrected by another tech who knows how to do cat eye technique correctly. This experience is why overall we are giving 3/5 stars. UPDATE: the manager called me to first apologize for my friends nails and to provide an explanation: the employee who offered to do the cat eye was not technically on the clock so that’s why she wasn’t supposed to do the cat eye. The manager did say my friend could come back for a free nail fix, so they are responsive to comments! Hope this helps.
Virginia is amazing! I came in seriously needing some TLC, and she absolutely delivered. My heels were very rough, and she took her time to smooth them out and leave them incredibly soft and moisturized…such a difference. My fingernails were also pretty damaged before, and she carefully resurfaced them and gave them a much-needed refresh so I can start growing them out healthy again. She was gentle, thorough, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I left feeling so taken care of and refreshed. Highly recommend Virginia if you want someone who truly pays attention and gets results.
I visited twice and the service was excellent both times. The first was on Dec 27th 2025 for a pedicure with my friends. Amy was my salon tech. She was delicate, attentive, an expert, and so very kind! The second visit was Dec 29th. I was seen by Bo for a manicure; she was so welcoming and detailed, and I was very pleased with my nails! An honorable mention is Virginia, she was the tech for one of my friends during the pedicure. Virginia was also present during my manicure and was so sweet, funny, and conversational. I enjoyed both visits tremendously. I will be back. The staff is professional, experienced, welcoming, sweet, and service dedicated.
