⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely obsessed! I had the best experience ever at Waxing the City thanks to Lala. I went in for a brow tint, lash tint, and a full face wax, and I’m honestly blown away by how professional, quick, and beautiful everything turned out. Lala is truly incredible. She was so gentle, knowledgeable, and confident in her work that I felt comfortable the entire time. The service was painless, efficient, and flawless, which is saying a lot when it comes to waxing. My brows are perfectly shaped, the tint is spot on, and my skin looks so clean and smooth. I also want to shout out Chelsea, who was there overseeing and supporting Lala. Even though Lala was new to this location, it was immediately clear that she is exceptionally skilled. If anything, this just reassured me even more that I was in the best hands possible. I’m literally hooked. This was one of those appointments where you walk out feeling confident, polished, and already planning your next visit. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quick, painless, and stunning results, I cannot recommend Lala enough. Highly, highly recommend. I’ll be back without question! 💖✨

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. I got a wax done, my eyelashes were tinted and I got my eyebrows waxed. The staff were friendly and ensured I felt comfortable the whole time. The location is also great as they have parking available as well. Already booked my next appointment; will always recommend. Also recommended Aylanna!

I have been to European wax center a few times and waxing the city. I LOVE waxing the city so much more. Now I found an even better reason to return. I put off waxing for a while because of the pain. But Aylanna!!!!! She is amazing at what she does! I barely felt it this time and I’m so happy with the results and lack of pain. Please go visit Waxing the City and ask for Aylanna
