I always get my brows threaded here, always great. Rema does my lashes (lift and tint) and I love it, lasts weeks and looks great. Rema laminated my eyebrows for the first time and I love them and balanced my makeup for a gala perfectly. It's not a "spa experience," so it's a great price for the results.

what an evil spirit in this one today. i came in and she immediately pointed to the chair in front of her. i instantly knew i wanted to wait for the other lady i’m use to, except she was busy of course. i shouldve waited. she at first seemed to be a lot more painful, which was something since i had been frequenting this brow spot for over 6 years. this particular lady doesn’t usually do my eyebrows when i come in every 4 months or so. as she was threading, she mentioned i wasnt holding my face tight enough. i adjusted. she then complained again the same complaint and then added if i didnt hold it tight that she’d cut me. i knew this to be true—which is why i make sure to every time i have come in! when the other ladies are done, they usually fill in my brows with their dark brown powder (i have been buying for years!) but before that, without question, the aloe vera gel is put on (i dont usually remember alcohol being put on, but when i was forced to properly do it myself i saw that was an option next to the gel). i am also used to them bringing a handheld mirror over so you can see! when this lady finished. she stood back and said nothing. i got up and asked her about the services that comes after (aloe, mirror, brow powder) and she reluctantly and slovenly put some aloe vera gel on a cotton round and wiped. i was so confused as to this behavior. especially since SHE CUT ME and said nothing (no wonder she didnt bring the mirror over). she literally stood back saying nothing as if i’d just pay and leave. how odd! and mean. she didnt even want to put aloe vera on a round and tend to the cut… it’d like she knew she messed up but wanted to blame ne (“youre not holding tight enough!”). long story short (yes! she decided to triple down on her rudeness + mistreatment) i did the service properly and kept my tip. really disappointed in you.

this place is so hit or miss and after so many years of coming I’ve decided it’s just not worth it anymore. It really depends who you get. You can give one person instruction and get a great result, then tell another the same thing and get something terrible. I was there yesterday and had the majority of my eyebrow taken off, despite saying I just wanted to clean up the stray hairs. I had to dye my skin in the area because there was nothing left. it’s really annoying.
