I’ve been coming here for over a year and Ana is the best! When I first came to her I told her it was my first time getting these services and she was nice and took her time and walked me through the process. She gets me right EVERY single time! Ana is friendly, professional, and a perfectionist so I know she’ll take really good care of me!

Ana is so sweet, so clean, and so professional! She takes care with what can be an uncomfortable experience and offers education every time. 100000/10 — would recommend

Today I visited Tru Wax and got my first ever Brazilian wax; I was nervous but after getting into the studio I found out it was family owned (which I love!) Ana was very sweet and made me feel comfortable, she explained the ins and outs and answered all my questions. The visit was shorter than I expected. The price was also good, I got a “first time” client price, which is always nice to get a discount! I asked about tipping (I AM A TIPPER) but she didn’t require one. Just thought I’d throw that in. She was like the price is the price, I don’t ask for extra. But I wanted to tip her!!! So GO TO TRU WAX if you want to find a private studio, that’s fast and centrally located area in Phoenix. Or if you’re a first timer and you want to go but your nervous, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANA!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!
