I had a wonderful experience at [Capristo]! The space was clean, calming, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My waxing session was quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. The technician SHELLY was so kind, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how detail-oriented and hygienic everything was. The results were smooth and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a clean, professional place for waxing!

I have gone here for years with no problems ever. Until I decided to get my hair dyed for the first time there. I went to my usual lady and asked for a natural looking balayage. The first time she did it it came out and you couldn't even tell it was done. It looked the exact same as my natural hair. (Not to mention she also cut my hair unevenly) I contacted her and she apologized and offered to fix it, Great! (You would think) Upon going back to "fix it" this was the result. You can see that it was lazily bleached (there's even random spots towards my root??) the color was a copper ish blonde. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed AGAIN. What I was most upset with was the fact that I emailed the salon these pictures with no response back. They lost a loyal customer and I suggest you stay clear of this place if you need your hair to actually be taken care of.

I got a mani and pedi from Mei Lin. Not only did she do great work but she was also incredibly kind and sweet. The atmosphere was also great - it was a pleasure to interact with everyone working there. Highly recommend!
