This was my first time ever getting such a vulnerable wax done The receptionist was very kind however she made my appointment for the wrong day. She admitted her mistake and got me an appointment 15 minutes later, but I was very unhappy with that experience because I was already nervous as is to get this wax done. HOWEVER, Jasmine made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she made the process to much easier will continue to go back there to her and everyone else I met there was kind as well
