1000/10 ! When I walked through the doors, I was immediately greeted at the front desk. I got my lashes done by Brooke and she was amazing ! She asked great questions, about what I liked, lash styles, (etc.) to ensure I got what I was looking for. My set came out beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased with my overall experience at Icey Aesthetics. I highly recommend this salon as it is a one stop shop for your esthetic beauty needs ❤️

I had the best experience ever!!! I went to Shantell for a bikini wax (first timer) she talked me through it. She is very professional, very clean, wonderful attitude! 10/10 I’ll definitely be coming back

45 years old, and I’m a person of color so I’ve been around the block and have tried most hair removal methods… Waxing can be a nervous experience and quite humbling depending on the area you are having done. The professionalism, attention to detail, and warm nature of the staff at Icey Aesthetics clearly are top of their game! I cannot recommend Shantell enough to others. Why? Story time: I used to get regular wax services about 8 years ago at the European Wax Center because I happened to live around the corner. This is where I first met Shantell and her expertise and flawless execution made me more than happy to throw down hundreds of dollars for the yearly wax pass. Of course I would… nary a peach fuzz left behind I’m talking dolphin! Any strays, plucked. You got that embarrassing obvious line between areas that are bald and a little fuzzy, let me fade that out for you so it’s less noticeable. She takes immense pride in her specialty and it shows. Let me break this down: flawless execution paired with observations about follicles and skin quality that are educational and constructive in a considerate way. Does she do this because she’s trying to sell me products or offer services to patch the issue, no. She gave me information on how to care for skin and explain certain things I’m doing that may be causing the issue. I went back one day later that year and my girl had left the EWC. I went back once but was severely underwhelmed with the service, so, I never went back again after that because my beloved technician who made me feel comfortable, coached my breathing to not be so painful and shared great sorties had parted ways. Low and behold I was on TikTok and who did I see but Miss Shantell promoting her current company and services. I thought, could it be? Am I this lucky? It was fate. I just got home from my service of Brazilian and full legs. I am still so happy because i had the most amazing reunion and service. She’s only gotten better! If you are able to secure an appointment with her please do your epidermis a service and book it! I still can’t believe I found you Shantell. Throwing that razor away.
