Walked in at 5:40 pm when close time was 6. There was a woman currently getting her brows down in a seat but no line, and I was turned away because the woman had to do cleanup before 6. I have gone many times after work at this same time while there was other people seated and waiting their turn and I was not turned away. They could benefit from updating their closing time to 5:30 then. I consistent closing time and unprofessional

I frequent this place to get my eyebrows threaded and am always satisfied with my results. Today I met a new threader, Shoba, and she did an amazing job. She was very warm and friendly! Efficient service! Will be back 😊
