Rebekah is a an incredible esthetician - she threads my brows monthly and every 3-6 months or so I get a facial from her. You can really tell that she loves what she does - her knowledge about product and home care is vast! The product lines she carries and the work she’s done for me has dramatically improved my skin’s overall smoothness and appearance. I couldn’t recommend her services enough. She never pushes products, but those products I have purchased from her gentle suggestions have always been worth it! Thank you, Rebekah. I feel so taken care of at Beauty Haven 💕

I was pretty hesitant to write this because Cindy is a nice person. I went in for a brow shape and fill and told her I wanted to keep my brows as full as possible. I only wanted to get them cleaned up a bit. She chose to thread my brows, which is ok, but then took off way too much of my brows and made them super thin. I was heartbroken. When she showed me, I was in a bit of shock and said they looked fine. I didn’t want to be in an awkward position and I should have said something but I’m not sure what could have been done to change it at that point. She also trimmed the hairs super short so I couldn’t really comb them up at all. The shape is completely gone. I had to go to another place to get them laminated and tinted just to try to get some volume and shape back. The person who laminated said that whoever did my brows took of way too much hair and cut them way too short. She also said it was uneven. I’m super sad and I really hope they grow back. I really wish she would have listened to my request.
