Even with new team members and trainees, the professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. My wax service was handled with care, confidence, and great communication. The technician explained each step, checked in about comfort levels, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. That level of attentiveness makes all the difference, especially when working with newer staff who are clearly committed to learning and delivering excellent results. It’s clear that the team is being well-trained and supported. The service was efficient, thorough, and left me feeling smooth and confident. I came in using the new client special Brazilian. For that price, I’m happy enough! Considering this is normally $70-80, the quality of the service did not match the price for me. My waxer was nice, but they didn’t wax the inner hairs by the labia on one side. They also left a lot of wax on me afterwards. All that said, my waxer provided one of the least painful waxing! That was awesome. I’m guessing that they are on a tight schedule which is why they don’t have the eye for detail like other sugaring spots.
