Katie is a gem! She is warm, approachable, and knowledgeable about her work, hair, growth, and products. I've been to many sugaring/waxing studios for Brazilians and her technique has delivered the most comfortable experience for me. Her studio is clean and cute and fortunately for me, very conveniently located! I've been coming to Ladybird for about 6 months now and highly recommend.
