Over the years, my natural lashes became a lot skimpier. Mascara just doesn't work when you don't have much to work with, so for me, eyelash extensions are a necessity. But I am very particular about how they need to look--"natural but better" is what I'm going for--and this is not something I trust to amateurs. Fortunately, Miss Knockout really has their act together. I've been coming here for over 5 years. I walk into their clean, stylish salon every 3 weeks, where I'm greeted by friendly staff and offered a beverage. Usually I see the lovely (and super-talented) Kalina, but even when I don't, it's okay because they keep notes on what kind of lashes I prefer, as well as any special needs (thank you for offering sensitive formula glue and under-eye gel pads!!). Half the time I am so relaxed, I take a little nap. And then I wake up with fluffy eyelashes. I haven't used mascara in years, and honestly I feel like I can skip makeup entirely if I want. I've even had a few beauty professionals ask "are your eyelashes real?" followed with "where do you get them done?" PS, here's a tip: For a full look that's still natural, I like to switch back and forth between "classic" and "volume" lashes every other visit.
